For small- to mid-sized companies who want to build a list of interested subscribers, and want to reach them easily, it's hard to beat Constant Contact. We like the 60-day free trial, the dozens and dozens of email message templates you can choose from & customize, and the great reports that show you emails bounced, opened, forwarded, clicked-through, etc. Also has a helpful widget that helps you see if your email might be labeled as spam - BEFORE you send it. Well worth investigating.

For Hosting a Web Site
Our web hosting recommendations come from our clients, who tell us whether their chosen host has treated them well, been an exceptionally good value, provided top-notch customer service, etc. We rotate this list as necessary to keep a good "A List" of hosts. Superb Hosting: Long-standing, stable, and well-regarded company based in Vancouver BC but with facilities in several US states. They offer great features and are a very good value for those who may have an extremely small site, a blog only, or similar.
